-We accept Paypal payments.

-All paypal accounts must be verified with a confirmed address. Products will only be shipped to the Paypal confirmed address.

-If you want to receive your order to an another address different from Paypal address. Please change the address on your Paypal accounts 

Shipping info.

-We will ship your order to you via EMS.

-We will usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment

-All items are already included the shipping charge (USA & CANADA only)

-Except USA may need extra shipping charge, please email us before you place an order.

-Our delivery time through EMS takes 3-7 working days for sure. Each order has tracking number so that it can be tracked and be found. Please feel free to e-mail us if you would like the location of your package.

Return policy.

-If you receive items damaged by the shipping carrier, you must email us within 24hours or claim can not be filed.

-We are not responsible for any damages that results from using the item purchased through Kaaz-sports. Please read all instructions and installation manual carefully before using the product.

-Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 10 calendar days from receipt of merchandise.

-All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it`s original saleable packing, all packing, instructions must also be returned.

-All returns must be sent Prepaid. No refund on shipping charges.
